This is to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue, and private browsing doesn't store local files or cache. You can use these shortcuts keys for quick navigation:
Once logged in, try to link your bank account. If it works, get back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This helps the browser to function efficiently. You can also use other supported browsers as an alternative.

Yes, for a month I haven't been able to connect to BOA. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it. I have tried connecting in an incognito window and it still didn't work. I get error code 147 and so far no one can tell me what the issue is.
