I have a large monthly bank statement to reconcile, averaging 400K to 600K deposits and withdrawals.
Compounding the issue - we not only write checks directly out of QB, but some employees carry pocket checkbooks and write checks when they need to.
Is there a way to print what I have reconciled so far so I can compare things to try to find what I missed?
It's my pleasure to guide you in printing your reconciliation report, @gloriadeb204.
Yes, you can. And please note that you can only get reports for the last 120 reconciliations in QuickBooks Desktop.
Here's how you can print your previous reconciliation report:
Once done, select Display. Then, click the Print option at the top menu bar.

Hi gloriadeb204,
Hope you’re doing great. I wanted to see how everything is going about the reconciliation report you had yesterday. Was it resolved? Do you need any additional help or clarification? If you do, just let me know. I’d be happy to help you at anytime.
Looking forward to your reply. Have a pleasant day ahead!
Hello,
Could you please let me know how to get a Statement Ending Date past the oldest date provided on the Previous Reconciliation Report screen? The last transaction showing is 01/04/2021 and I need December of 2020. I did see that you can only receive the last 120 transactions, I would need just a few transactions past the 120 limit. If there is anyway to receive this information, I would greatly appreciate it. Does the QuickBooks ONLINE version have a limit of 120 as well? Or is there a higher limit/no limit for the ONLINE version? Going forward, I will save the reconciliations as a PDF file.
I look forward to hearing back from you. Thank you!!!
Hi LightingSales,
In QuickBooks Desktop. You can only get the last oldest transaction (date) on the available reconciliation reports. Go to Reports > Banking > Previous Reconciliation.
In QuickBooks Online, you can only add 124 transactions per reconciliation as well.
Going forward, if you'll have more than 120 or 124 transactions per period, just split your reconciliation.
Let me know if you have other questions in mind.
The Statement Ending Date is not an option - I am using QuickBooks Desktop Pro Plus 2021
I do not have the option for selecting the Statement Ending Date, I used to have that option. Is there a setting that has changed? Can you help me get that option back?
Hi Rainbolt,
Thank you for taking the time to post today.
With the Pro/Pro Plus version, you can only see the most recent reconciliation report. That's why you don't see the "Statement Ending Date." That option is only available in QB Premier and Enterprise. Please refer to this article: Get reports for previous reconciliations in QuickBooks Desktop.
With the absence of the said feature, I would recommend saving a copy of your reconciliation report right after you reconcile.
If you need more help with reports, feel free to go back to this thread. I'll be more than happy to assist you again.

When will the feature to select time periods (up to 120+ going to be available in desktop pro plus?? Us non enterprise need companies are brushed off and cheated out of a pretty standard feature? Then, tell me where they are saved so they can be manually found and printed! We use advanced payroll etc. Our bank records/reports aren’t as important? Come on QB. This is a feature that is a no brainer function of an accounting system at the price that is now annual!! And no, you provide service and get this where needed. That’s what’s one big selling feature of your new annual billing..!
We're taking notes of your feedback and suggestion, @Eusboeg.
I've come to share information on how feature requests are enforced in QuickBooks Desktop.

They may look into this suggestion and consider adding the option in the future update. To submit feedback, you can follow the steps provided by my colleague SarahannC above.

You obviously didn’t read it thoroughly nor provide a solution.
You obviously didn’t read my post thoroughly and did not provide a solution.
I hear your sentiments, Eusboeg.
Concerning the feature of when to select periods beyond 120 reconciliations in QuickBooks Desktop Pro Plus, we're unable to give you a specific time frame when this option is added to the product.
