There are several reasons why the Etsy Connector might not be working properly:
Before we proceed with the troubleshooting, I'd like to ask what specific problem did you encounter when using the Etsy Connector. Did you see any error messages while connecting your Etsy? Or the connection stops syncing your transactions between QBO and Etsy.
If the connection has stopped the sync, let's proceed to disconnect and reconnect the app to refresh the connection. Ensure to categorize the unreviewed transactions before disconnecting to avoid missing transactions.
Moreover, we can also proceed to ensure this isn't a browser related issue. The cached files sometimes fills your browser's storage which causes some websites to have feature malfunctions. Let's start with accessing QuickBooks Online using incognito mode or a private window.

If this works, you can proceed to clear your browser's cache and cookies to clear temporary files running in your browser that have caused the malfunctions. Otherwise, you can also use other supported browsers to ensure it runs QBO efficiently.

After that, you can also consider importing you transactions from your Etsy Shop to your QBO account.
