Hi there. I'll share some steps to help you resolve your bank image concern in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
To start, could you tell me the name of the bank you're having a problem with? That information is helpful so I can check if there are any maintenance issues between them and QBO.
In the meantime, let's perform some troubleshooting steps as it could be related to your web browser. We can start by accessing your QBO account through an incognito mode. This does not store cache which has the potential to become corrupted and cause unexpected behavior.
Below are the shortcut keys you can use:
Once signed in, check if you can now see the check images. If this works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to eliminate the piled-up data that can cause the issue. If the same thing happens, I recommend using another supported browser or device. Might be that the current one you're using has a temporary issue with the program.
For reference, check this article: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.
However, if the issue persists, I suggest reaching out to our Phone support team to further investigate the root cause of why you can't see the bank images. Once connected, you can request a screen share session so they can review your account's setup.
It's also recommended to reconcile your account regularly to ensure the amounts match your real-life bank statements.
You can always count on me if you have other concerns about managing your bank accounts. Just post a comment below and I'll get back to help you.

In case none of these resolve the issue, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They have tools to determine what's causing the problem and provide fixes.

BOA and US bank. Please help to fix and let check images shown
Welcome to the Community space,
I want to ensure your bank images will show in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to get this fixed.
There are times when the browser you're using has data issues, thus causing QuickBooks to act weirdly. To verify, let's log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser. To do so, press this shortcut key on your keyboard:
If this works, you need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. If you get the same result while using a private browser, I suggest switching to a different supported browser.
If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. This way, they can further check on this matter and provide in-depth troubleshooting steps to get this resolved. They can also open an investigation ticket if other users are experiencing the same.

Return to this post if you have other concerns about your banks in QuickBooks Online. I'll be here to lend a hand.
I bank with Bank of America. May bookkeeping firm has informed me that my check images should be populating and they are not. I tried calling in today and the person that took my call was not able to help me at all. Also - I've tried the incognito steps you state in almost every response as well as clearing Cache. It's still not working. Is there something I am missing or a function within Quick Books I need to turn on? This is getting extremely frustrating trying to get help.
Thanks for joining the thread, @boxford.
I'd be glad to share insights about downloaded transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO). QuickBooks has partnered with several banks to automatically include front and back check images for any check transactions awaiting review.
If your downloaded bank transactions don’t have check images automatically attached, your bank may not be supported. However, it may be supported at a later date as we work to partner with more financial institutions.
We can also verify this by reaching out to our QuickBooks Team. They can help review your account and drill down the possible cause of the issue to fix it. Here's how to connect with them:
In the meantime, you can manually attach your check images to your transactions on the Banking page. Ask for the file from your bank, then download it to your computer. After that, follow these steps to upload the images:
After that, you can now continue categorizing your downloaded transaction and repeat the steps for other transactions. For the final steps, reconcile your accounts so they always match your bank and credit card statements.
If you have additional questions about downloaded check images or managing your downloaded transactions, just post them again in this thread. I'll be here to help. Have a good one!
I cannot locate any where what banks are supported. I would imagine that Bank of America is supported. Can you confirm? I tried going through the Help function. The person that I was chatting with asked to screen share, closed the chat and was gone. I'm going in circles and need someone who actually knows how to fix this to help me.
Thank you for getting in touch with us, boxford. I can help you determine if QuickBooks Online (QBO) supports your bank.
Quickbooks uses information provided by banks to operate. However, each bank decides what information is shared with QBO. Unfortunately, we don't have a list of banks that support check images. Therefore, if you want to find out if Bank of America is supported, you can contact a representative from their bank.
If you want to contact our customer care team, you can contact our online support team to schedule a callback or start a chat. You can check our support hours as well.

We were using Truist bank and were receiving check images and deposit images. We recently moved to Bank of America, and now we get NO images.
Getting bank transaction images gives you a better reference of the QuickBooks Online (QBO) bank entries, @jdjdjksk.
QuickBooks attaches check and deposit images when downloading transactions. Also, it is dependent on the entries sent by your bank. Thus, I recommend you reach out to your bank to see if they support sending images together with the bank entries to the application.
Once they confirm that they allow or send attachments with your bank entries, we can use and log in to your company file using a supported or private browser. That way, we can check if this has only been caused by a network latency, which means a delay of data transmission from your bank to applications like QuickBooks. Otherwise, you'll have to manually add the attachments using the steps below:
Furthermore, you can begin categorizing your transactions to add them to the correct accounts and reconcile them afterward to ensure your books are balanced:
