I ran payroll yesterday but it seems the employees won't get paid until Monday.
Is there a way I can get them paid today?
I ran the payroll yesterday expecting them to be paid today but it says they will not be paid until Monday. Is there anyway for me to get them paid today?

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), the processing and approval of cut-off times depend on your payroll service. When you run a direct deposit (DD) that has two banking days lead time, your employees will receive their pay two banking days after submitting it.
That said, if you process the direct deposit last Thursday then your employees will receive the payment on Monday since weekends are excluded for the two banking days.
If you want to get them paid today, you can issue a paper check. Just follow the steps below on how to create a paycheck in QuickBooks Online:

On the other hand, you can cancel or void a direct deposit payroll depending on its paycheck check and status. You'd want to consider the following:
If it's already submitted, we can no longer stop the direct deposit process. I'd recommend contacting our Payroll Support team. They have the tools to securely access your account and further assist you with voiding your direct deposit payroll.
