Thanks for joining us today, @DDKinn.

While we're unable to do an outbound call here in the Community, I recommend reaching out to our Payroll Team directly. They can view your file in a secure environment and check the next disk delivery schedule. Let me walk you through how to reach them.

  1. In your QuickBooks home page, go to Help menu at the top.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help or press F1 on your keyboard.
  3. Scroll down and tick the Contact us link.
  4. Enter a brief description of your case in the Ask us anything field. Then, hit Search.
  5. Click Get Phone Number or Start a Message.

After calling, you can now confirm your tax table version by going to Employees at the top and then Get Payroll Updates. It's located at the top of the get payroll update window. For more details about the payroll update, check out these guides below:

Additionally, here's a link that covers all tasks you can do when using the payroll feature.

There are several factors to consider when generating your payroll tax forms, @dd110.

Let's first make sure that your QuickBooks software and payroll tax table is updated to the latest browser. I can guide you on how to do it.

Making sure that your QuickBooks is updated to the latest version fixes any error, improve the performance, stability, and security of QuickBooks on your computer. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Choose Update QuickBooks Desktop.
  3. Click the Update Now tab, then tick the Reset Update checkbox.
  4. Select Get Updates to start the download.
  5. When the download finishes, restart QuickBooks.
  6. When prompted, accept the option to install the new release.

Once completed, let's download the latest payroll tax tables. This is to ensure you get the latest payroll updates which include your taxes and forms. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Employees menu
  2. Select Get Payroll Updates.
  3. Fill in the Download Entire Update checkbox.
  4. Click Update. A window appears when the download is complete.

To ensure that all components are updated, you'd want to restart your computer. Now, you can try preparing your payroll tax forms again. You can browse these articles for more information:

Keep me posted if you have other questions about preparing your payroll-related tax forms. The Community and I are always here to help.
