That didn't help. The error is saying that we are NOT AUTHORIZED to make changes with the cloud service. I have tried to log in with the ONLY 2 logins and still not authorized. How can I get one of our logins authorized?
This did not help. We can log into our intuit account but are NOT AUTHORIZED to change cloud services. I used the ONLY @ logins we have for Intuit and both would say I am not authorized to change cloud services.

Hello there, CN-Bergman.
I checked our system and our engineers are currently working on a permanent fix of the issue of not being able to log in to our payroll cloud services. I'd suggest contacting them again so they can link your account to the list of affected users. Updates and a resolution to this issue will be sent via email. You can follow the steps above on how to contact us.
Thanks for your patience while we're continually working on a fix to this issue. You take care and stay safe!
I'm curious if you ever got this resolved. I have the same issue, and have spent several hours on chat and the phone with customer service who supposedly can fix the problem, but "it will take 24-48 hours for the changes to go through". So I check again after 48 hours both times and nothing---still get the "you don't have sufficient authorization to....".

Im having the same issue and spend an hour on the phone with Quickbooks and they blame it on workforce and STILL dont have a solution!
This isn't the kind of experience we want you to have in accessing your QuickBooks Workforce account, @Deanna74. That's why I'm here to share further details about this.
Our product engineers successfully identified the cause and provided resolutions to the Workforce log in issue in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) Payroll. This way, you can continue managing your employees and payroll cloud services accounts.

I'm also adding this article to resolve issues and answers the most frequently asked questions about My Account in QBDT Payroll: My Account Access. It includes topics about Intuit login, user id, password, and confirmation codes, to name a few.
