I've spent 3 hours trying to contact Intuit Online Payroll regarding a direct deposit error.
2 hours spent trying to log in, reset ID and password. Finally somehow changed, and now it says no account associated with ID.
Never seen anything like this, how can you NOT be able to contact a LIVE person. Ridiculous.
Someone please help me with a phone number to call someone. One page say available to 3pm on Saturdays, click the link and it then says closed Saturdays!!
Help!!!!!
Hello, @idf_e7946822-08c8-4862-b9a6-6587.
I can see how difficult this has been and I appreciate your time and effort in performing the different steps to resolve this issue you're having. I'd like to check this for you and get it taken care of myself. However, I need to gather enough details from you to review your account and login credentials. For security reasons, we can't ask and display the information on the Community page. That said, I encourage reaching out to our Support Team.
I understand that you've tried contacting support for this error but because of sudden changes for the support's availability, our Intuit Online Payroll Support Team is closed during weekends. For the time being, we can wait until Monday to get in touch with a live representative. Fixing the direct deposit this weekend or on Monday will have the same time frame when processing payroll and to when your employees receive the funds.
Also, I've got this handy article you can read more about how to fix issues with direct deposit in QuickBooks and Intuit Payroll: Fix direct deposit issues.
You're always welcome to come by the Community if you have additional concerns. I'm a post away to help. Keep safe!
Thats part of the problem, how to contact support..... will try again at 6am Monday
Thanks
You can't be serious. I just logged in and it says next chat available on Tuesday!!!!!!

I entered an Invoice but need to edit the invoice number. What are the steps to do that?
Greetings, @982586758348617.
I can guide you on how the invoice numbering works in QuickBooks.
Now you have the correct number on your invoice. Just a heads-up, once you've modified and customized the invoice numbers, it’ll reset the numbering sequence. You can read through this article to learn more about how to use the Custom transaction numbers feature: How to change the invoice number on sales forms.
Additionally, you can read this article for future reference on how to personalize the appearance of your sales form: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts.
Visit us here again if you have other questions about managing your invoices and other sales forms. I'm always here to help.
How do I add an employee to the Chart of Accounts?
Hey there, @982586758348617.
Thanks for following the thread. I'm happy to provide some insight into adding your employee to the Chart of Accounts.
To clarify, do you want to add the employee to the Chart of Accounts or give your employee permission to view it? If you mean you wish to add your employee to the Chart of Accounts, this feature is not available at this time. The Chart of Accounts is a list of all your company's accounts and their balances. In QuickBooks, you use these accounts to categorize your transactions on everything from sales forms to reports to tax forms.
However, if you mean giving your employee permission to view the Chart of Accounts, you can do this. You can toggle the user permissions in just a few simple clicks. I've included the steps below to do this.
That's all there is to it. I'm also including a couple of articles you may find handy that covers details about user permissions and the Chart of Accounts below.
Additionally, feel free to check out our Tutorial's page to see quick how-to videos in all areas of QuickBooks. You'll be a pro before you know it!
