Trying to enable direct deposit in QBDT2020 for new payroll client. Will not let me. Keep getting a 40002 error message indicating "unable to set-up direct deposit with this email". We have an ongoing investigation about the error 40002 when trying to activate direct deposit in QuickBooks Desktop.
