I've reset, tried a brand new computer, tried login from Mobile device, and still even when I discussed multiple times with the admin. They seem to have no idea why or what I'm talking about. I've even screenshot it. I've been dealing with this since Sept. 2020. So frustrating. Oh yes we even registered my info as a new login. Didn't work.

This is a reported issue, @Slinder.

 

Currently, our Product Engineers are working on an investigation to determine the root cause of this recurring login issue. Rest assured, once updates are available you'd be notified through an email.

 

While there's no workaround yet, I'd recommend contacting our Technical Support Team so you'd be added to the affected users' list. Just provide your full name, updated email address, and this investigation number: INV-50417.

 

Here's how to contact us:

  1. Go to: http://static.onlinepayroll.intuit.com/Support/Support_QBD.html.
  2. Click on the Live Chat! link under the ViewMyPaycheck Support page.

Just know that the support agents are available Mon-Fri, 6AM to 6PM PT (except holidays).

I've asked our software engineers to look into this issue and was informed that the investigation (INV-50417) is still in progress. Rest assured, they're prioritizing and working hard to get this fixed the soonest.

 

For now, I encourage giving us a short call or chat so that we can directly add your contact information to our notification list. We'll be sending you updates via email once we get this sorted out. My employer is using Quickbooks Online payroll again (not used this in several years). I receive an e-mail from Intuit with a link to click on to view my paycheck, but of course I do not have/remember my password. I clicked on forgot my password and was e-mailed a link with a varification code. When I entered that code, it just says I need to contact customer support. I tried that also, but was told to go on this website for help. 

Please help me view my paycheck stub.

Clicking on the I forgot my user ID or password link should help you reset your QuickBooks Workforce account and let your view your paystubs online. If you aren't able to recover your account, I'd recommend reaching out to our designated support for further assistance.

 

  1. Open either of these links.
  2. Fill in the fields on the Your email addressYour name, and What can we help you with today? sections.
  3. Once done, tap on the Start Chart tab.

This unusual behavior when accessing your paystubs online is usually caused by the browser's cache. To clear this out, I suggest letting the employee perform a few basic troubleshooting steps. Then, we can open QuickBooks Workforce using an incognito or private browser to see if your employee can log in from there and view the paycheck. This mode will prevent browsing history from being stored.

Here's how to use a private browser:

  • For Google Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox: Press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari: Press Command + Shift + N

 

When logging in to workforce.intuit.com QuickBooks Workforce runs smoothly on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, and Safari (for Mac). If the steps above work, just clear your browser's cache to help your applications run better on your computer and to completely removes browsing history. We can also use supported browsers as alternatives.

  • If you already have a QuickBooks Workforce account with a different employer, make sure to give your new employer the same email address.
  • If you have access to QuickBooks Online, you’ll need to use a different email address for your QuickBooks Workforce account. We recommend using your work email address for QuickBooks Online and your email for Workforce.
  • Your invite is valid for up to 30 days from when it was sent. If it’s been longer than 30 days, have your employer send you a new invite. 
  • If your employer had to resend your invite, make sure to open the most recent invite.
