How do I find my pay stub

1. Sign in to workforce.intuit.com.
2. Click Paychecks.

4. From there, you can choose a pay stub to open and view, then download or print it if needed.

To start, you can access your Workforce account in a private browser to ensure the program runs seamlessly without storing cached data. Sign in to your account through this link: workforce.intuit.com. You can accomplish this by utilizing these keyboard shortcut keys:

• For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
• For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
• For Safari browser: Command + Shift + N

I’d be happy to walk you through the steps to locate your paystub.

If you're an employee and want to view your paystub in QuickBooks Workforce, your employer must first invite you to set up an account. Once you’re invited and have accepted, you can then view your paycheck details, time-off balances, and total pay for the year. To get your pay stub, you can follow the steps below:

       1. If you haven't yet, set up your Workforce account.

       2. Once done, log in to workforce.intuit.com.

       3. Select Paychecks.

       4. Filter the appropriate date range. You can view multiple paychecks up to one year at a time.

       5. Click Download on the pay stub you want to download.

       6. Choose a pay stub to open and view, then download or print it.

However, if you're an employer and needs to print your employees pay stub, you can also view your pay stub details and print them. 

Here's how:
 

1. Go to the Payroll menu and select Employees.
2. Below Run Payroll, click Paycheck List.
3. Choose the paycheck you want to print. You can use the Filter option to change the Date Range or Employee.
4. In the Action column, click Print pay stub. A preview of the paycheck or pay stub will open.
