How do I find my paystub
Hi there, TD61,
I’d be happy to walk you through the steps to locate your paystub.
If you're an employee and want to view your paystub in QuickBooks Workforce, your employer must first invite you to set up an account. Once you’re invited and have accepted, you can then view your paycheck details, time-off balances, and total pay for the year. To get your pay stub, you can follow the steps below:
1. If you haven't yet, set up your Workforce account.
2. Once done, log in to workforce.intuit.com.
3. Select Paychecks.
4. Filter the appropriate date range. You can view multiple paychecks up to one year at a time.
5. Click Download on the pay stub you want to download.
6. Choose a pay stub to open and view, then download or print it.
If you'd prefer to access your paystubs via the Workforce mobile app, check out the detailed guide: View your pay stubs, time off, and year-to-date pay in QuickBooks Workforce.
However, if you're an employer and needs to print your employees pay stub, you can also view your pay stub details and print them.
Here's how:
Additionally, you can check this article on how to print paychecks or pay stubs when you run payroll, depending on which product you're using: Print paychecks in QuickBooks.
