If your employees are able to sign in to Turbo℠ Pay Card via the private session, clear the cache of your regular browser. This will also help improve your browsing experience. If the issue persists, try another supported browser.

I have been having the same issue with the link to order turbo payroll cards being broken.  I tried the things suggested in your reply and got the same result.  Still can't get to the website at all.  It just keeps timing out. In your answer, you suggest that if employees can get to the website to clear the cache in the browser.  We can't even get to the website, so clearing the cache wouldn't help. I have already contacted Payroll Support twice this month (June 2021) and no one seems to have any idea what the problem is or how it can be fixed.  They just say they don't have anyone who knows anything about it and to just keep trying.  I have even had support reps refer me to Turbo Tax support!  This is about payroll, not tax refunds!  My business does payroll for many clients in the home healthcare industry who all have new employees almost every pay period.  Many employees in this sector do not have and can not get a regular bank account, so paycards is their only option to have direct deposit.  Some of my clients charge their employees the $1.75 fee for direct deposit if they use a bank account or non-Intuit paycard for their direct deposit.   The Intuit Turbopay payroll card is the only direct deposit solution that Intuit Desktop QuickBooks Payroll waives the $1.75 fee for direct deposit. This is becoming an untenable situation.  We need to have a way for new employees to order a new Intuit Turbopay payroll paycard ASAP!!  I have been a faithful Intuit customer for many years and I am hoping that I don't have to look elsewhere to serve my payroll clients!

I have several QuickBooks payroll clients who have been dealing with this problem for weeks.  Support has not been able to fix it.  We have tried in 4 different browsers, cleared cache and cookies and it still doesn't work.  Can you let us know if this has been escalated and if their is a timeline for getting it fixed?

Hi TirzahC, please do not direct us to contact support. I have been doing so for weeks. Get a manager or higher up involved so report this problem to someone who can fix it. Support just says to contact a different support department or that they can't do anything. Obviously nobody in a frontline support position can get a whole Intuit website back online when it's down. There has to be a way for you to report this "up the chain" so someone who can fix it can be involved.

Well I have another new employee who doesn't have a checking account. So like a sucker, I came back here thinking Intuit could help. Unsurprisingly, I received none.
I have come to the conclusions that #1 your customer support is a joke, and #2 there is no such thing as a Turbo Pay prepaid visa card. Please prove me wrong by linking a website that I can direct an employee who does not have a checking account to, so they can sign up for this card!
I called TurboTax per your instructions (also here https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/employees-and-payroll/i-am-about-to-scream-trying-...) and here (https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/employees-and-payroll/i-have-a-new-employee-that-d...) at 800-446-8848. I talked with a number of people, and was redirected the the wrong department a bunch of times, being told each time that I needed to talk to a different person, per usual. Nobody I talked with had heard of this product. Someone with Quickbooks support eventually told me that employees would need a Credit Karma Money Spending card, which apparently is a product TurboTax has a relationship with, where customers getting tax refunds can easily get the refunds along with a debit card. 
So I called support for that product (888-236-5798) and was told that my employee would have to get a Credit Karma checking account, then get the card tied to that account. Not a solution! I am giving up, you are terrible.

The link does not work.  It just really feels like support is jerking us all around.
