Receiving pay on time is really important, and we'll help you check to see what happened. However, only our phone and chat agents have the tools to do this. I would recommend contacting them on Monday from 6 AM to 6 PM, PT.
Click on Help and choose Talk to a human.
Search for something like direct deposit not received by employees.
Choose I still need a human.
Click on Contact Us.
You can always go back to this thread if you have more questions about your payroll.
Once you verify the status, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Payroll Team so we can conduct a direct deposit trace. This is to identify the reason why the direct deposit payroll that was created in September didn't go through.

Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
Enter your concern.
Click Let’s talk.
Choose Get a callback.
Type in your contact info.
Select Confirm my call.
