I've been waiting almost 6 months for a response. NOTHING...LETTERS ARE ACCRUING DUE TO QB NOT FILING OR FILING RANDOMLY. what am I paying your company for... to send an email into cyberspace...how do I speak with someone in the tax resolution center... do not direct me to a help link I've done all that and more. Why are the 100s of threads with the same complaints? Non filing 941s.... who is going to help... guess it's time to report to BBB

I am in the same boat! Big penalties. Intuit messed this up. It has been since October 19th and not a single response.
I had the same situation where Intuit entered the incorrect information on my W2 Withholding statement with the State. It was their error and they said it will take 21 days to reach out to the State to inquire about the issue. I pay Intuit each month to take care of the payroll taxation correctly and yet I had to be on the phone with the State for over two hours to try to resolve Intuit's mistake. Who is Intuit hiring these days to work on payroll?? I ended up taking care of Intuit's mistake by sending in an amended return within a few days......not 21 days. I should receive a credit for all of the time and effort I had to put forth to correct Intuit's mistake. I may have to outsource my payroll to another company. This is not the first time I have had payroll errors that I caught and had to resolve on my own.
A $3000 state witholding issue . No response with information needed. People that respond to these emails are unaccountable. This is obviously another useless Quickbooks Service. If I serviced my clients like this I would be out of business. I have been in business since 1994 using quickbooks and payroll. Now I am paying $3000 to be reinstated with the state. Their needs to be a phone number and accountability. Seeking legal advise and advancement. Considering changing to a product with support when needed and a phone number.

I have not received the forms to proof to the state of Missouri from 2017 payments withdrawn by qb payroll from my bank account to pay the state. I had to pay again to get reinstated for sales in Missouri. If I can get the correct documents then I can get a refund. Seems like tax resolutions could have a conversation with me here to resolve this issue. My phone number 314-574-1162. The QB Advanced Payroll support team was great but could not find the right documents. Tax resolution just keeps telling me thru email that I do not have an account. That is why I need to talk to them. They just keep giving me the same canned response. I have provided current payroll subscription as well as my subscription number for the period in question.
We have made several attempts to resolve a QT1 2022 issue with no resolution. No one responds to our emails and the last time we did get a response outside of the 3-5 days (it was back in July) it stated to contact customer service immediately but left no number and the email was a no-reply email. I have since sent emails and messages through every avenue I can find. To date I have had no contact from QB. I am a bookkeeper for [company name removed] as well as 8 other companies, not including my personal business, currently running QB. I am a huge advocator for QB however, if this is not resolved in a timely manner, I will be moving all 9 of my clients and myself to a new accounting program. Please advise no later than Monday November 28, 2022, or I will begin the process of moving all of my clients and my personal business to another more reliable company,

IL withholding tax is deducted from employee paycheck since July 2022, but Intuit payment never recorded in IL Dept of Rev. We filed to [email address removed] multiple multiple times. Penalty and interest kepps on piling up. Until one day we received a notice from IL that our business registration was going to be cancelled.
We just need to pay again. Still blackhole from Intuit.
Having the same issue! And in response to the QB employee/contractor that has posted on here trying to assist (thanks for at least trying) I have tried to use the chat “contact us” feature because I have heard NOTHING back… the person on the chat basically said she still couldn’t find a case number assigned to it and just to be patient!!! Well…. the states NOR the IRS nor my clients are patient about owing this money! When I email the tax resolution team the notice as instructed that first initial response says that they will assign a case number within 2 business days and then I hear nothing!!! That is obviously a false statement, so why even mislead us????

Once we get your tax notice, you’ll get a confirmation email with a case number and additional details. When complete, a tax specialist will email you with the required resolution, any steps we have taken on your behalf, and additional action required from you if applicable.
The Tax Notice team sends an acknowledgement email within 3-5 business days. If the Primary Officer or Primary Admin didn't receive an email, I suggest contacting our Payroll Support Team to confirm if we received it.

" This is NOT the case. If you read through this entire thread you will see that is NOT the case! I feel bad that you are required to stand behind these false claims from the QuickBooks payroll processing team. It is not fair for the moderators on here. Perhaps you can speak with your team and let them know that this is NOT being followed. We have other payroll options that we use for other clients and we may need to end up transferring the clients we still have in QBO payroll. I am not sure what else to do at this point.
