How long does it normally take to verify? My employee direct deposit has been entered for almost two weeks and they are all still showing pending.

I can share some details with you about setting up direct deposit in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
When using direct deposit to pay your employees, you’ll need to set up your payroll bank account first. By then, you can add your employees’ information and pay them via direct deposit once your bank account is verified.
Once verified, a test transaction will appear in your bank account within 2 business days. Then, an email will be sent to you for further instruction. For more details about this process, you can refer to this article: Connect your bank to Online Payroll.
Also, I’d recommend contacting our Support team. This way, they can look into your account and check the status of the verification. Here’s how to reach them.
You can also visit this article for more details and ensure to review their Support hours to know when agents are available: QuickBooks Online Support.
Once verified, you’re now ready to pay your employees using direct deposit. You can utilize these articles for your guidance:
I’ll be around if you have further questions setting up direct deposit. It’s always my pleasure to help and back you up. Stay safe and have a good one!
