QuickBooks payroll error 15263 occurs when the QuickBooks update is not completed successfully. Usually, the main cause behind this error is faulty internet settings.

Chrome is my default brower, not IE
I've also tried QB file doctor and quick fix. the file doctor doesn't recognize my password. this is starting to be a real PIA. I just need someone from QB to call me and guide me step by step to file this

I used another "path" to get payroll updates and it worked. I wish to express that maybe next time you state what the recommended "path" to payroll updates is first and this could've avoided a lot of frustration and extra time.
