Here are some things you can check to ensure you can renew your payroll subscription transparently:
- Make sure you have a supported version of QuickBooks Desktop.
- Ensure that your QuickBooks account and the tax table are in the latest release.
Once confirmed, let's try to reinstate your payroll again to verify if it's already performing well. Once you get it all done, you can start paying your employees.
Additionally, you can always track your billing history by signing in to camps.intuit.com. Then hit View your transaction history and choose a specific Period in the drop-down.
