payroll wont reactivate

I can't get my payroll subscription to reactivate. I have basic payroll.

Welcome back to payroll in advance, eagleinstallation. Happy to help.  

 

I'll make sure that you can reactivate your QuickBooks Desktop Payroll subscription seamlessly. This way, you get back where you left off. 

 

Here are some things you can check to ensure you can renew your payroll subscription transparently: 

 

  1. Make sure you have a supported version of QuickBooks Desktop.
  2. Ensure that your QuickBooks account and the tax table are in the latest release.

 

Once confirmed, let's try to reinstate your payroll again to verify if it's already performing well. Please note that it may take up to 24hrs for the reactivation of your subscription to be fully complete. Once you get it all done, you can start paying your employees.

 

Additionally, you can always track your billing history by signing in to camps.intuit.com. Then hit View your transaction history and choose a specific Period in the drop-down.
