Join nowWe submitted W2C corrections using SSOs business online services. However, after submitting, we realized that those W2Cs too were incorrect!! What now? Can we submit another W2Cs for the same tax year?
You can keep submitting corrected forms until you get it right, however you may be raising red flags.
You do know, I hope, that only the individual W2 that needs corrected is submitted (with a corrected W3 if needed) and no others.
Hi, @ruchir-vaishnav,
John is correct; if the W2Cs are incorrect and your payroll service is through Intuit, you can reach out to the payroll support team to discuss correction options.

I have the same issue. So, when filing the second W2C which do we use as the "previously reported" information? The original W2 or the first W2C?
Thanks.

Thank you Charlene for your reply. Since the link you've included is referring to the standard W2 and W2C instructions, I am not sure if you're reply is answering my specific question. So, I just want to make sure I have to correct answer.
I am going to file a second W2C. So, in the Previously Reported Boxes do I enter the details of the "original W2" or the "first W2C" that I have already filed?
Thank you.

Let me help you by making sure you'll be able to file a W-2c form.
You'll need to enter the information from form W-2c in the Previously reported boxes.
Also, you can get the information that commonly asks about the W-2 form and how you can print them in your QuickBooks account. To check the details, click the links below:
