Hello there, @mga123.
I'm here to guide you in viewing and reprinting your Vendors 1099 form in QuickBooks.
You can access your e-filed 1099 forms between January 1 through April 30 at any time by accessing your 1099 E-File Service account.
If you haven't e-filed them to IRS using QBO, you'll have the option to print them when you select the I'll file myself button. You can purchase your 1099 kit for the pre-printed forms.
Here's how to print the forms:

I'd like to print 1099-Misc from 2019. I have QB Desktop. The 1099 Wizard from last year is gone.
Hello there, @minijobs.
You can get your copy of 1099 in our free integrated app. If you're not registered yet, you can register your account and company name. I'd be happy to show you how to do that.
Once done, go to the Forms menu. Then, follow the steps below:
To know more about the process, you can check out this article and scroll down to the bottom part. Then click the "Where Can I See My Submitted Forms?" hyperlink: Create and file 1099s with QuickBooks Desktop.

Hello minijobs,
I had the same problem I followed the 1099 wizard in QuickBooks Desktop 2019 and before printing the forms it will ask you to select the specific date range just select Custom 01/01/2019 to 12/31/2019 and it will print the 1099 Misc for 2019. I hope this helps.

Nah, that doesn't work either. A message pops up and says Quickbooks supports a date range starting from January 1, 2020. It won't let you process a prior year 1099-NEC or 1099-MISC. Any other ideas out there???
I've got your back, Container Gurus.

It is not a reprint I need to file 1099's for 2020 that were never filed
Thanks for joining us here in the thread, @MechelleKelly. I'll share some information about your query.
Consider filing your late 1099 forms manually. To get a hold of what you need, these are the steps:
In case you didn't save a copy or generating it for the first time, you can run and customize the Transaction List by Vendor report in QuickBooks report in QuickBooks. Then, manually fill out the form available through the IRS Website.
