Hello there, nancy114.
The direct deposit will be posted on employee's account depends on how you set it up.
If you opted on a 5-day lead time, the direct deposit will be posted five (5) business days after you submit your payroll to us. However, if you have a 1-day lead time, it will be deposited the day after the submission of payroll.
I've also added this article as your guide in paying payroll taxes: Pay and file payroll taxes online.
Stay in touch with me if you have other payroll concerns. I'm always right here to help you.
Thanks for your response. Where is this set up specifically?
