That is not a response I can find confidence in resolving the problem. And to send me a link on how to do direct deposits. I do this weekly within the time constraints. I can't even stop the direct deposit to issue paper checks. I'm working within your software constraints and your software has failed. Every time quickbooks has an issue they're sending it to "engineering." To be perfectly honest, is where you send your software issues in to the abyss of nothingness. To the point that when one of your employees say they're having engineering look into it...means no one knows how to resolve and more than likely will not resolve. An appropriate response would be: we WILL have this issue resolved in "x amount" of time. This isn't a menial glitch...this is PAYROLL. BE BETTER...DO BETTER!
Hi again, @lindal-richardso.
Thank you for reporting this in the community. There was an issue this morning (April 30th) that prevented some direct deposits from being processed as normal. The good news is, this has now been resolved and we expect to see funds available in your employees' bank accounts by the end of the day today.
In the meantime, this status page will have the latest updates and information on the issue while we work through all impacted accounts: http://status.quickbooks.intuit.com/incidents/jnhwslhtskgd
Thank you for your patience as we focus to ensure your employees’ funds are available as soon as possible.
I haven't received mine yet. I'm a new employee and already waited three weeks to get paid so at this point I'm not happy. I got a paystub but nothing direct deposited on Thursday or Friday and it's now Saturday!! I tried customer service but they pretend like they don't know anything.
Thank you for sharing the actions you took and for informing us about the result, @brittey86.
As much as I'd like to take care of this, the Community is a public platform, and we don't want to endanger your security and privacy. To verify your direct deposit status, I recommend reaching out to our payroll support team. With their tools, they can securely check your account, and you may also request a direct deposit trace.
To know more information about fixing direct deposit issues, feel free to visit this page: Fix direct deposit issues. You can also find here a list of commonly asked questions concerning the feature, as well as the solutions to each.
You can also view your pay stubs and enter your personal information in QuickBooks Online. To do this, you're employer have to invite you to the QuickBooks Workforce. This will also let you access and view your W-2s.
Let me know if you need anything else regarding your direct deposit. I'm always around to assist you. Keep safe and have a good one.
