I did that first, and still not taking any taxes out of some employees not all!!!

Since updating your payroll tax table and latest release didn't fix the issue, I recommend reverting the paycheck. This is to ensure that the payroll taxes are calculated accurately. Let me guide you through the steps.
Once done, you'll want to review the payroll taxes and make sure it's calculated correctly.
