I'm having issues with Quickbooks Workforce. When go to Manage Payroll Cloud Services, it doesn't show that any of them have been invited, but I know that's not true since some of them can access their paychecks online. One employee was no longer able to see their information. The message comes up "We can't get your info. Your employer isn't connect to Quickbooks Payroll. Contact them to access your paycheck." I know this is not true, because employees have been able to view their most recent paychecks. I tried sending another invite from the current email, and when that didn't work I tried their other email. When they click on the link sent through the email it says "Oops. Something went wrong." How do I fix this issue?
Some users are reporting this behavior as well, VerifyBankFeed.
Our engineers are already aware of this issue and they are working for the fix. While waiting for an update, please contact our Support, so they can add your account to the list of affected users. I won't be able to ask it from here since this is a public forum.
You can send them a short message through these steps:
In the meantime, you can provide paystubs to your employees. You can either print or download a PDF copy of the stubs and send it to their email address.
Let me know if there's anything that I can help. Stay safe!
I am having the same issue and employee are complaining about not being able to access their information. I am very concern as I see the same issue was reported over a year ago and it seems that the problem still persists.
please advise

Congrats on making your first post here in the Community. Let's work together and fix this problem with your employee viewing their payroll information.
After researching further, I've discovered there's an ongoing issue with this message. It means that other customers are having this same issue. Our Product Engineers are working hard to get this resolved.
However, you can contact our Customer Support Team to get added to a list of affected users. It will allow you to receive updates via email about this investigation. Let's go ahead and try the workaround given by the engineering team.
Note: If routed to the create account page, scroll down to the bottom and click on the "Already have an account? Sign In" link. Use a different browser or incognito when opening a NEW WF invite to sign in from it.
That's all there is to it. You can also check out these links below for some future references:
Let me know how it goes. I want to make sure all of your concerns are addressed. It's my priority that you're able to allow your employee to review their payroll information. I'm only a post away if you need me. Have a wonderful weekend!
