I'm glad to see you here in the Community, kidcurry0124.
Let's get your QuickBooks Online fonts changed.
If you wish to change the font size for better viewing of your QuickBooks Online, you can hold the "Ctrl" key and press the "+" sign simultaneously on your keyboard. Or, you can hold the "Ctrl" key and then scroll up.
However, if you want to increase the font size on your printed sales forms in QuickBooks Online, you can edit it in the Custom Form Styles window.
Here's how:
This will get you going, kidcurry0124. Let me know if you have additional concerns about QuickBooks, I’m here to assist you further. Have a great day!
In QuickBooks Online I used the CTRL - to reduce the font so I could see the Balance in the Bank Register. I can't increase the font back to normal using CTRL +. Everything in the entire program is too small. Thanks.
Hi there, @Ruth4.
Thank you for getting back to me and letting me know the outcome of the steps provided by my colleague. Allow me to help share some additional solutions to get this straightened out.
To start, let's check the settings on your computer to make sure it displays all pages properly. QuickBooks Online requires these settings:
After that, please refer to the steps below to change the font size in your browser:
Please take note that this will work on any page that's either too big or too small, not just QuickBooks Online.
If you get the same results, let's perform a few troubleshooting steps to verify if this has something to do with your browser’s cache. A typical browser uses a cache of memory to work efficiently and load pages faster, but as data collects it can cause unexpected results.
You can start signing in to QuickBooks using a private browser. The steps vary per browser used:
If the private browsing session works fine, you'll need to go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. You can check this article for the steps: How do I clear the temporary Internet files and cache?
That should answer your concern for today. Get back to me and let me know how it goes, I’m always here to help. Have a good one!
I don't think he's talking about zoom (your suggestion would zoom in the whole window.) I know this post is a year old, but today I noticed also on the dashboard, the fonts are different styles altogether and smaller. See attached (I am currently working on an old and new account and noticed the difference).
It is much better in the below picture, and how it was. Amounts are larger (no need to make them smaller and bolder), Other titles are all caps, etc. Is it moving to this smaller bolder style? Ugh
Thank you for coming back here in the Community and provided a screenshot, @yvy1.
QuickBooks Online uses and depends on the Windows font settings. For now, there's no option to change the settings that will only apply to QuickBooks.
There's a possibility that the font size of the browser that you've used is set to small. You can follow the steps below on how to check the font size, depending on the browsers you're using.
For Google Chrome:
For Mozilla Firefox
For future reference on how to add, match, import transactions, and other related topics, please check this article: How to use Online Banking, Connect Bank Accounts, and Review your Bank Feed in QuickBooks Online.

For viewing, I tried using the CTRL +, also ctrl and scroll up... neither options work.
Any other suggestions?? This really small font is frustrating. Thanks
Hi there, @rbdean.
You may follow the steps provided by my colleague to adjust the font from small to large. I've also added a screenshot to see how it looks like in Google Chrome:
I've added this article for your future reference in case you want to personalize your sales forms in QuickBooks Online: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
Please don't hesitate to tag my name in the comment section if you have other questions with QuickBooks. I'd be glad to help. Take care always.
Please help, on the font on my QuickBooks screen is so small I can hardly read it without using a magnifying glass!
