Verify Payroll Subscription

I'm having trouble getting Quickbooks to verify my subscription.  I've checked my account and it is active.  I've tried deleting the paysub.ini file.  I've updated service key.  I've updated payroll.  All these steps indicated that my subscription is active.

I'm trying to run quarterly reports and I get an error that says "As of 11/14/2014, we're unable to process your payment for Quickbook Enhanced Payroll, so certain features ..... have been disabled."

Verify Payroll Subscription

Hi there, cdstover70.

Thank you for posting here in the Community this afternoon. I'm happy to provide some feedback. I would recommend following these steps regarding the reactivation of your payroll account

You have three ways to reactivate your payroll subscription. Before you begin, make sure you have a supported version of QuickBooks Desktop.

Through your company file
The best way to turn your payroll service back on is directly in your QuickBooks Desktop company file.

  1. In your QuickBooks Desktop company file, go to Employees and select My Payroll Service.
  2. Select Account/Billing Info.
  3. Sign in using your Intuit Account login. Your QuickBooks Account page will open.
  4. Under Status, choose Resubscribe.
  5. Follow the on-screen steps to reactivate your payroll service.

Through your Intuit account
You can also reactivate your payroll service from the web.

  1. Sign in to your account using your Intuit account like you normally would.
  2. Under Status, choose Resubscribe.
  3. Follow the on-screen steps to reactivate your payroll service.

Note: It may take up to 24 hours for the reactivation of your subscription to fully complete. Your subscription will show Active once the reactivation is complete.

Should you still be experiencing issues following these steps I would suggest reaching out to our support team, they will be able to dive into your personal account with you in a private 1-on-1 setting to determine what's going on as-well-as guide you click by click if need by using a screen share tool. To reach them, you can follow the steps found in this link

If you have any other questions, feel free to post here anytime, night or day. Thank you and have a lovely afternoon.
