We have QBO Payroll Core and unclear on processes to remit Payroll Taxes W/H via QBO - esp state

If you've turned on the  Automate taxes and forms feature, we'll do the tax payment and form filings for you. If not, you can do it on your own. However, I can see that you're still on the setup stage, so I'd recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Online Support. That way, they can guide you throughout the process using a screen-sharing tool. Check out their schedule as well.
