5. Enter your estimated first payroll date, and choose Next.
6. Double-click each employee to enter their YTD summaries and click Next.

Since the same thing happens even after following the steps provided above and performing the verified rebuild, I can share other troubleshooting steps to rectify this.
I suggest making a clean install of QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) to help fix these problems. Doing this removes the current application and user files during the initial installation process. It then overwrites all other related QuickBooks application data on the hard drive and launches a brand-new install folder. Please note that when you reinstall, it won’t affect your company file data at all.
You also need to ensure that you're using fully supported QuickBooks versions. Unsupported versions tend to encounter more issues when using online features.
To uninstall the program:
1. Make sure to create a backup copy before uninstalling the software.
2. From the Windows icon, search for “Control Panel,” then open the Control Panel settings
3. Choose Programs and Features.
4. Locate QuickBooks from the list of installed programs.
5. Select Uninstall/Change.
6. Click on Continue, then Next.
7. Choose Uninstall, then click Next again.
8. Hit Finish and restart your computer.
When you’re done, start the clean Install process. You can refer to this link that details the process: Clean and install QuickBooks Desktop. QuickBooks will automatically install new folders and rename your old ones.
If the issue persists after performing the steps above, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team again. This way, they can further check on this matter and provide in-depth troubleshooting steps to get this resolved.
I know that you've already gotten in touch with them, but it's the best we can do right now given that they have all the tools required to safely look at your account through screen sharing in order to more precisely pinpoint the YTD-related difficulty you've been experiencing.
If you continue to encounter this issue in the future, you can refer to these articles for some guidance:
Come back to this post and let me know how the troubleshooting steps go, @Olia1. I want to make sure you're taken care of. Keep safe.
This YTD on the paystubs is still not fixed. Please fix it. This error is ONLY ON THE PAYSTUB. It is not in the QB accounting of the Sick Leave Accruals. The paystub is pulling wrong information.
Welcome to the Community.
We'd love to help you achieve your goal, but I need more information to help me get on the same page. Could you tell me more about it? Like, what specific error do you see on the paystubs? This way, I can provide you with an accurate resolution.
I appreciate any details you can provide. I'm looking forward to your reply. Have a great rest of the day.
Oh, please. This problem has existed for going on four years, ever since you added the YTD sick/vacation lines. Go back and read the beginning of this thread. Intuit refuses to fix something that they broke. They partially fixed it a couple of years ago, but it still does not calculate sick hours correctly in California, nor are the YTD lines accurate!!!
This is not the kind of experience we want you to have, @lindam.
I can share additional information that can help you with fixing the YTD information of your sick or vacation on your paystubs.
Since the problem is only in your paystubs, I suggest reaching out to our Customer Support team. They can check your account using their tools in a secure environment and help you resolve them.
