Have QuickBooks license but do not have the product code. How to install?

We have different ways to locate the product code and license number of QuickBooks Desktop. They are usually found on the original packaging next to the UPC Code. 

If you no longer have the packaging with the license and product numbers, we can use the License Look Up tool.

If you have registered the product, you can visit the Customer Account Management Portal (CAMPS) to get the details.

Our last option to find the product number would be to contact our Customer Care Team. They can pull up your account and review the details of QuickBooks Desktop.

After installing QuickBooks Desktop, you can already register it using the product and license numbers: Activate QuickBooks Desktop for Windows.

Unfortunately, they did not give us any packaging or even tell us what version of QuickBooks the license if for. All the did was give us the laptop and a piece of paper with the License number on it as well as the web address to download QuickBooks. I can't install the program since it gets stuck at the stage where it is asking for the product number. We actually already have an older version (2019) of QuickBooks Premier on the rest of our computers that we are actively using. Is there a way to integrate this license with what we already have? I don't have access to any of the other information needed to find the Product Code for this new License.

I use quickbooks pro. My laptop crashed and i need to download quickbook. One of your representative emailed me the license and product no but it did. Ot work. I have been using quickbook over 10 yrs and pay subscription every year. I also use quickbook payroll. Please send me the right one. Or tell me how to locate license no and product no.

You can log in to the Account Management portal to determine your license and product number before installing QuickBooks. Let me show you how.

1. Go to http://camps.intuit.com.
2. Select QuickBooks Desktop.
3. Under Product and Services, select your subscription.
4. Click Details.

Which QB Desktop year version do you have?

Helping you find your product number and reinstall the QuickBooks Desktop is my priority.

If you bought the software from our website, look in the purchase confirmation email you received from us. You'll be able to see your license number and product code from there.

If you've purchased the product from the retails stores you can see your license and product numbers in the original product packaging. Take a look at the scratch-off sticker located next to the UPC code.

You can also look it up online if the your product was registered before. Visit your account management portal (CAMPS) to get your product and license number. You may follow the steps shared by my peer above on how to get into the site.
