Welcome to the Community. Error 20102 happens when trying to verify the bank account in QuickBooks Desktop direct deposit (DD) setup, or when reconnecting DD service to the company file.
At this point, I'd suggest you contact our Customer Care team. They can pull up your information and help review your direct deposit set up to determine the cause of the issue so you can get past with this error.
