Thank you for your reply. I did read the article. When I click on Payroll Settings, I don't have the Preferences option to go further with the fix. My Payroll Settings then has Email Preferences, Shared Data, Bank Accounts and Accounting. Completely stumped.

My check printing need to be aligned each and every time I use Quickbooks online, is there a solution to the very annoying glitch in the software?
Hi there, @support15.
Let me share some details on how to resolve this all at once.
To make sure that your browser can save cache data from QuickBooks, let's clear the storage so we can collect the new web files to the computer's memory. Older internet files may have prevented the latest changes, that's why we need to free up some memory space.
Before that, make sure to save the last action made (fix print alignment for preprinted checks) so that we'll know if internet files from QuickBooks are retrieved.
You can refer to this article for the detailed steps: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files? It includes the steps for other supported browsers like Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge.
Once done, you can sign back in to QuickBooks and check the setting.

Feel free to place a comment if you need further assistance. I'll keep my notifications open. Stay safe and well!
