Printing paystubs in QuickBooks Desktop is easy. And the good thing is, you can also print several of them at once.
Here's how:
If you only need to print one paystub, you can directly open the paycheck and print it from there.

I am looking at my Quickbooks home page and I see no menu item labeled "file." Along the left side of my page I have Banking, Invoicing, Expenses, Cash Flow, Payroll, Reports, Taxes, Mileage, Accounting, My Accountant, Capital, Apps, Insurance and Live Bookkeeping. No File. So, the instructions for printing paystubs are useless.

The steps provided by my colleague are for the QuickBooks Desktop version. It seems like you are using QuickBooks Online (QBO) version. To print the pay stubs in QBO, just follow the steps below:
