I am trying to send a email to all my customers at once. When I click batch actions then email, nothing happens. Any Idea why?

Though this option is visible under the Batch Actions tab, currently, we can't send emails to multiple customers in QuickBooks Online at the moment. Currently, we don't have a specific timeframe for when the email to multiple customer features will be available in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I recommend sending your feedback directly to our product developers to request the addition of this feature in the future. You can follow the steps provided by my colleague above to do so.
