I can see the urgency to fix this quickly, Finn.

It's possible that you're unable to email several transactions because the pop-up windows are being blocked. This could be due to a browser issue. To fix this, we need to perform some basic troubleshooting steps. The specific steps may vary depending on the browser you're using.

To check pop-up blockers for Firefox, here's how:

  1. Open Firefox, select Menu ≡, then select Settings.
  2. Under Privacy and Security, Scroll down to Permissions.
  3. Go to the Block pop-up windows uncheck the box, or select Exceptions and add qbo.intuit.com as an exception by clicking on Allow.
  4. Select Save Changes.
  5. Once adjusted, sign out, close Firefox, reopen it, and sign back in.
  6. Try accomplishing the task you were blocked from before.

For Google Chrome:

  1. Open Chrome, look for More, then select Settings.
  2. Select Advanced.
  3. Under Privacy and security, select Content settings.
  4. Select Pop-ups and redirects.
  5. Switch the setting to Allowed or Blocked.
  6. (Optional) If you prefer to keep pop-ups blocked, add an exception for QuickBooks Online instead:
    • To the right of Allow, select Add.
    • Enter qbo.intuit.com.
    • Select Add.

For Safari:

  1. Select Safari, then select Preferences.
  2. Select Security.
  3. Uncheck the Block pop-up windows box to enable pop-ups.

Once everything's settle, you can browse through this article in case you need assistance managing transactions: Enter Batch Transactions.

Thank you for coming back to this thread, Finn O'Connell.

I completely understand how crucial it is for you and other businesses to reach out to your customers through emails. Though this option is visible under the Batch Actions tab, currently, we can't send emails to multiple customers in QuickBooks Online at the moment. Our product developers are working on making this feature available for our customers as soon as possible.

We value your feedback and comments which help us improve our services and enhance your overall experience in QuickBooks Online (QBO). To share your thoughts with us, please visit the page where you can post your comments to our product engineers.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, located at the top right corner.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. Enter your suggestions/comments and click Submit.

For future reference, if you want to edit your default email message sent with sales forms, please refer to the steps below:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Select Account and Settings, then Sales.
  3. In the Messages section, select the edit icon.
  4. Place a checkmark in the box next to Use greeting, then from the dropdown choose your ideal greeting.
  5. In the Sales Form dropdown, select the desired Sales Form type.
  6. For the Subject and Email message, you can type in your custom messages.
  7. After you've made all the appropriate changes to the message, select Save and then Done.

We're always here to ensure that your voices are heard. I'll keep this thread open for more Emails and any QuickBooks-related queries.

Hello there, Finn OConnell.

Currently, we don't have a specific timeframe for when the email to multiple customer features will be available in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I recommend sending your feedback directly to our product developers to request the addition of this feature in the future. You can follow the steps provided by my colleague above to do so.

Additionally, please visit our Firm of the Future page periodically to stay updated with the news and updates.

You can also check this link to print your sales transactions: Email and print multiple sales forms.
