Let's begin by accessing your account in incognito. These browsers won't save any browsing histories.

Once you're in, re-cancel the subscription and re-access the Help page to verify if it's already performing properly. If it's working fine, we'll have to go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to eliminate the junk files. Using other supported browsers is a good dilemma too.
Once done, you'll receive a cancellation email confirmation within 5 minutes. Also, QuickBooks hang on to your data for one year and you have read-only access.
If the issue persists, I'd recommend reaching our support using our trial account. That way, they can examine the root cause of the error and create an investigation if needed. Ensure to call them within business hours to guarantee we address your concern promptly.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription. I spoke with a representative a month ago. She refunded my CC. This month, I am again being charged for my canceled subscription.
