Customizing an online invoice in Quickbooks online

Hello,

I am in a services industry and I want to deliver the online invoice to my clients with the "review and pay" button at the BOTTOM of the invoice, after the client sees the description of services rendered for the billing period.

Every tutorial I have seen online suggests turning off the "review and pay" button. I want to keep the easy payment option for my clients, but not have the "amount owed" scream at them at the beginning of the email they receive.

Any help you can provide would be great.

Let me guide you on how you can find the payment feature you need, lucap.

The sent invoices have options available for accepting customer payments. If you don't have Online invoicing enabled, you will need to turn this feature on, here's how:

Select the Gear icon.
Click Account and Settings.
Select Sales on left of the page.
Click on the Pencil icon next to Online delivery.
Select the show full details in email and PDF attached and choose Online invoice.
Click Save and Done.
