This is as bad as the last 5 years. I pay a premium -a high premium to get customer support. I am always disapointed after spending hours trying to talk to someone at your company. The only time it is easy to talk to someone is when you are buying something. It's interesting that this is the best you can do.
You should have a customer suport line. Pick up the phone and answer your questions. For $595 - I pay for it- under duress. Very very disapointed in your customer service. You do not make it easy at all

Since your company data isn't loading properly after signing in, I'd recommend checking the browser you're working with. It's possible this could have something to do with temporary internet files. Browsing applications store these types of records, but sometimes they can cause issues with certain webpages. You can open a private window and check to see if pages load properly.
Here's how to access incognito mode in some of the most commonly used web browsers:
If pages are loading correctly while browsing privately, it's safe to say this problem's being caused by your browser. It can be fixed by clearing cached data and Intuit-specific cookies.
In the event screens continue not loading properly while browsing in incognito mode, you'll initially want to try switching to another browsing application.
