Here's how you can request a callback from a member of the QuickBooks Online Customer Support team:

1. Click the Help icon in the upper right of the screen.
2. Select Contact US on the pop-up. 
3. Enter your question in the How can we help? field and choose Continue. 
4. Click Get a callback.
5. Enter your contact information.
6. Select Call me.

Should you not see the option for Get a callback, you can toggle it by entering Support in How can we help?.

The Community always has your back and would also be happy to help with your questions as well.

I can help you set up your email address to work with QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). Doing so, you can now email paystubs and reports.

Before we get started, we need to verify the following:

• Your webmail servers and port settings with your ISP.
• Webmail providers require users to enable their account settings for two-step verification.
• QuickBooks can auto-fill info for some of the most common providers.

To set up webmail:

1. Go to the Edit menu and then select Preferences.
2. Click Send Forms.
3. Select the Web Mail radio button, and then click Add.
4. Fill out the Add Email Info window, and then click OK.
5. Click OK to save your changes.

Once done, you can now email pay stubs and reports to your accountant.

Also, we currently have an investigation in accessing the Help system in QuickBooks Desktop. Our engineers are working on a solution to get this feature working back to normal as quickly as possible.

I recommend going to the Help icon. From there, you have the option to call our support directly to speak with customer support or enter your phone number to request a callback. Please keep in mind that they're only open from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday-Friday.

Here's how to contact them:

1. Open your QuickBooks Account.
2. At the top right, click the Help icon.
3. Choose the Assistant section.
4. Type your concern in the Type something field.
5. Click Talk to a human.
6. Click I still need a human.
7. Click the Get help from a human.
8. You'll be routed into the How can we help? page. Then, select callback or how you want to contact them and fill in the information.
