I can help you set up your email address to work with QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). Doing so, you can now email paystubs and reports.
Before we get started, we need to verify the following:
To set up webmail:
Once done, you can now email pay stubs and reports to your accountant.
If you encounter any error messages when emailing paystubs, please check out this article for the troubleshooting option: Could not connect to the email server.
Also, we currently have an investigation in accessing the Help system in QuickBooks Desktop. Our engineers are working on a solution to get this feature working back to normal as quickly as possible.
