I have had two clients recently indicate they have posted a positive review on my Profile. However, they are not showing up. I have read the articles about this. They did not receive a rejection and they are using personal emails. In fact one of them tried again today to post it. She thinks is went through. Of course, I will have to wait 2 to three days for it to possibly show up.
I called support, but they are not really into this type of question.
I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem. Both of my client's used their gmail accounts to post.
Unless you get notified from the client, you have not idea if you are getting reviews!
I can help you verify your profile set up so your clients can see them, ftpbooks.
Here are a few things to check so you can publish your profile and clients can find you. First, make sure your firm's physical address is up-to-date. Check the spelling and ZIP code. You might want to use a physical address instead of a PO box. This improves the accuracy of search results for clients in your area.
Then, you must have a current and valid QuickBooks Online certification to publish your ProAdvisor profile. Learn more about specific certification requirements.
After you have reviewed your profile and have a valid certification, you should be able to publish your profile on the Find-a-ProAdvisor website and clients can see them.

This is nothing more than the standard information that’s given about ProAdvisor profile. I had no trouble setting up my profile as I have been a ProAdvisor for over 10 years. This was already discussed with the support member that I spoke with. My client graciously agreed to try and post it again and this time it actually posted. I have contacted my other client to see if He would be so gracious as to re-post his review. Neither one of my clients received a reject notice from QuickBooks, therefore I think it is some other glitch that has occurred. I don’t feel that re-posting an article that I’ve already read and mentioned so in my comment solves anything.
I wish I could make it better, @ftpbooks.

I have the same issues. 3 reviews did not make it to my profile from clients within QBOA. I want to be a Quick books promoter, I want to grow my business, I educate people on how to use QBO and I bring customers to Intuit regularly. The reviews are approved by a system that does not know how to recognize legit reviews. I can prove it over and over again. currently I have 3 that are not being approved. I stopped sending and promoting. Customer care is always nice but has no real power to fix things. Anyone else having this issue? Is it too many reviews in 1 week? Should we ask for reviews in a more paced manner? We are simply trying to promote QBO and our services to bring more people into the eco system. Reviews are simple everywhere else in the digital world except ProAdvisor profiles it seems. Many others have told me that reviews did not make it to their profiles and did not report it. This is a real issue Intuit. Please fix this for us. We are on your side.
I understand you would like your business profile to receive reviews from clients. Being a QuickBooks Online (QBO) promoter is a big help.
I understand you'd like to be a promoter and receive reviews from clients. Please know that if the reviews do not appear within 2-3 business days, they may have been rejected or posted on another ProAdvisor profile.
Once your review is rejected in QBO, you will receive an email notification informing you about the reason for rejection and the steps you can take to resubmit it. There is no deadline for client reviews and it's perfectly fine to receive multiple reviews in a week
If you adhere to the guidelines, your review shouldn't be rejected. However, if your review is still being rejected despite following the guidelines, you can send us feedback about this matter. Please note that we cannot undo previous rejected reviews.
Here are the guidelines before your client submits reviews containing the following items will be rejected:
To ensure authentic reviews and prevent rejections, follow these guidelines when asking for client feedback:

Thank you for this feedback. I have not received any feedback from your system about rejected reviews which is good news. After reading the guidelines I believe that my clients and people I've helped are compliant. It has been 5 days now with no feedback. The system claim 2 days I believe. Thank you again for your time and support.
