I have an update notification and have performed the update 8 times. Each time it goes through the update process but the message does not clear. I have also rebooted my computer but the message still remains.
I think there are several different messages. What exactly does the message you're getting say? Maybe a screenshot will help...

I ran the Quick Fix my Program and the Install Diagnostic Tool. Neither worked, I am still getting the message.
