My Quickbooks Desktop 2018 freezes every time I either try to print or email an invoice. I can't even send estimates. I called their support line, and was told "this is a company wide issue that they don't know how to fix"?!?!?!
Has anyone been able to correct this? I am now having to use the snipping tool to copy each invoice, then print and save.
Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, @Bradford Landscape Solutions.
I've checked your concern and find out that there is an on-going investigation about QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) freezes when printing or emailing a transaction.
As a workaround, you may perform the troubleshooting steps released by Microsoft: KB4567512. Let's make sure that you're able to download the latest windows update. Then, before sending emails or printing invoices, you'll need to reboot your PC after downloading the updates.
I know that you've already contacted our support team. However, I highly suggest reaching out to them to add you to the list of affected users. Your account will be linked to INV-47379 and you'll be able to receive updates on this issue via email.
Additionally, I've attached here a helpful article that outlines the instructions to set up Webmail or Outlook when sending invoices or reports in QBDT: Connect your email to QuickBooks Desktop.
Fill me in if you have other QuickBooks concerns. I'll be around to help you. Take care always.
May have something to do with the latest Windows 10 update ( 2004)
Try removing your images in the <Company Name> Images folder
If that works make them smaller like 50KB
Had the freezing of QB 2020 desktop every time you go to print, email or save as PDF
Did not matter what printer

I downgraded my company logo as RNR1995 suggested, down to 200kb, and seems to be working now.
