When updating your billing information, you'd want to make sure to enter the address in QuickBooks is the same as the one on your credit card statement. Also, your billing address should consist of 5 or 9-digit Zipcode that are added to a postal address to assist the sorting of mail.

If you're able to successfully do it, you may want to clear the browsing history of your regular web browser. This will remove previously-stored browsing data that might have caused the issue. Otherwise, you can try using other supported browsers to be thorough.

Quickbooks is adding an extra four digits to my zip code no matter what address I enter. Most places only allow for five digits not nine hence when I try to use my card to make payments online the card is getting declined due to Quickbooks adding four extra digits. How do I override Quickbooks adding the extra four digits?
