When updating your billing information, you'd want to make sure to enter the address in QuickBooks is the same as the one on your credit card statement. Also, your billing address should consist of 5 or 9-digit Zipcode that are added to a postal address to assist the sorting of mail.

If you're able to successfully do it, you may want to clear the browsing history of your regular web browser. This will remove previously-stored browsing data that might have caused the issue. Otherwise, you can try using other supported browsers to be thorough.
