We are using QuickBooks Online Payroll.
I have another way how you can fix the error you're getting, AnneB8.
There are times your browser is full of frequently accessed page resources that may cause some unusual responses. You can log into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account in a private window (incognito). I've provided the shortcut keys below.
Once signed in, double-check if fixes the issue. If so, return to your default browser and clear the cache to speed up the loading process. Every so often the cache becomes overwhelmed with older data which can potentially cause viewing and performance issues. Clearing it will refresh the system, and you'll be able to work with a clean slate. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.
However, if the issue persists, you can reach out to our chat support team from Mondays through Fridays, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT.
Moreover, learn some of our payroll reports that you can use from this article. This lets you take a closer look at your business finances and employees: Run Payroll Reports In QuickBooks Online Payroll.
Fill me in if you have further questions about the error when logging into the Workforce. I'll always be right here to help.
Need to change password for workforce.
Hello there, @Renee65. I can help you change your Workforce password.
We can utilize the Workforce link and perform the same step when one is unable to log in or someone who forgot the User ID or password.
Here's how:
However, if you still can't change your password, I'd suggest getting in touch with our Workforce support to help you with the process using their tools. As much as I want to help you myself but I can't ask for any confidential information from you.
In addition, I'll be providing this helpful article that you can use in sending and printing pay stubs online or in the Workforce app: View your pay stubs, time off, and year-to-date pay in QuickBooks Workforce. You'll also get guidance on how to see your time off and year-to-date pay.
Kindly post an update if you need more help n changing your Workforce password or should you have any QuickBooks-related questions. I'll be glad to lend a helping hand. Keep safe.
Excellent advice! Worked!
We have the same problem. Unfortunately, when you Start a New File because your QB is too slow after 4-5 years, all those employees lose access to WorkForce. Even though the Company paying them has no changes. This is such a simple fix on Intuit's part, I am shocked it's still a problem. I have to call Intuit, and they pull up any name and remove them, then I re-invite them. Needless to say, 4 months later and we are still doing that. Come on Intuit, basic fix I would think.
Hi, does the employer need to do this or the payroll company that we use? Please help. Thank you.
Thank you for joining this thread, chanelty. I'm here to help you clarify about the workforce.
When setting up a workforce account, your employer needs to send you an invitation via email to review your pay stubs. If you don't see the invite, check your spam folders, or let your employer know about it.
Afterward, open the email and select Create Account or Sign in to accept the invitation. There, you can set up your Workforce account.
Additionally, if you want to get an email reminder every time your new pay stub is available, you can follow these steps:
Moreover, I'm including this guide to help your employees view their paycheck details, time off balances, and total pay for the year: View your pay stubs, time off, and year-to-date pay in QuickBooks Workforce.
Keep me posted if you have additional questions about Workforce. I'll be here to offer a helping hand. Have a good one!
