I signed up for Quickbooks Online in June and it is far beyond my needs, I want to cancel and get a refund.  I already have a current Quickbooks Desk Top account and will keep that.

Sometimes business needs change and I can show you how to cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription.

 

This can be done in just a few steps:

 

1. Sign in to the Intuit Account Manager.
2. Select Products & billing, then select your company name. This will take you to your subscription page.
3. Find the product you wish to cancel, then select Cancel.

4. You’ll see a multiple choice survey on why you're canceling your subscription. Once you’ve filled it out, select Continue to cancel.
5. There will be a page that details product benefits, and the last day you'll be able to use your subscription. Select Continue to cancel.
6. Lastly, you’ll see a pop-up confirming your subscription is canceled. Select Got it.

To contact support using QBDT, here's how:

 

  1. Select the QuickBooks Desktop Help option from the Help menu.
  2. Click the Contact Us button.
  3. Please enter your question, then tap on Let's Talk.
  4. Scroll down and pick to Get a callback.

 

For QBO, here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
  2. Choose the Search tab.
  3. Select Contact Us at the bottom of the screen.
  4. In the Ask about something else section, enter your concern.
  5. Hit on Continue and choose a way to connect with us.

  1. Log in to your QBO account from your browser.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. Choose the Search tab.
  4. At the bottom of your screen, click Contact Us.  
  5. Select a topic to connect with the right expert.
  6. You may choose Callback or Chat to connect with us.
  7. Ensure you provide the required information in the First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Phone Number fields.
  8. Depending on what you choose as your way to connect with us, click Callback or Chat.

QuickBooks Online is a cloud-based service, so it can be accessed from any operating system that supports the following browsers, including:
 

  • Google Chrome: version 78 or newer.
  • Mozilla Firefox: version 76 or newer. Note: To preview and print forms on macOS, you'll also need the Firefox PDF plugin.
  • Microsoft Edge: version 79 or newer.
  • Safari: version 12 or newer (Mac only).
  • Opera: version 68 or newer.
  • Samsung Internet: version 10 or newer.

Generally, QuickBooks supports the current version and the two previous versions of browsers. You can follow these guidelines to resolve issues:
 

  1. Ensure that the file you are trying to upload is in a supported format (like .CSV or .XLSX for data imports).
