There are times that a possible browser issue can cause unexpected results when performing a task in QuickBooks Online. I'll share some steps with you that can resolve common browser issues in the program.
Start by using an incognito/private browsing session or a different browser. Here are some of the keyboard shortcuts to quickly open an incognito session:
Then, import your template once again and check if it fits in one page. If everything looks fine, follow the steps in this article to delete your browsing history: Clear Cache And Cookies To Fix Issues When Using QuickBooks Online.

Thanks for attaching a picture of your template.
The Custom Form Styles feature supports single-page templates. Depending on the number of line items, your final invoice can have multiple pages.
Based on the uploaded document, I've noticed that the height of your table for the line items is too long. You'll want to minimize or adjust its size to ensure that the template won't be printed into multiple pages. You may also restrict the style of your DOCX file to a single-page document.

Once you're done, upload the file again, then try printing a dummy invoice using the custom template.
