I cancelled live bookkeeping 3 months ago because the live bookkeeper appeared to be under influence on our 1st call - slurring words and speaking nonsense.
Since I cancelled the service, I started receiving auto generated emails from live bookkeeping in a high volume. So far I received more than 100 emails with random subject matters. It appears to be a technical glitch. I posted dozens of tickets asking to please have technical support reach out to me or fix the issue. I posted maybe 20 tickets in the last three months. No one has ever called me or emailed back and the issue is not resolved. Live bookkeeping doesn't have a tech support and the general QuickBooks support is not able to connect with them either. It's a black box! I don't want to block the QuickBooks email because I am receiving other valid notifications from Quickbooks online. I wasted so much of my time, time that I need to run my business! I desperately need to connect with a product manager at live bookkeeping. Who is in charge at Live Bookkeeping? Please help!

Another way around is to click the Unsubscribe button at the bottom of your emails, to stop receiving them.

I don't think you understood the issue. I am not receiving promotional emails to which I can unsubscribe. I am receiving emails from Live Bookkeeping with the subject matters:" Your bookkeeper might be blocked" or "Your bookkeeper is waiting for your response". These emails are generated by Live Bookkeeping months after I cancelled this terrible service. Why do you recommend that I reach out to them for pricing? Pricing of subscription which I cancelled after the live bookkeeper appeared drunk on the first call? There is no "unsubscribe" option in the emails I am receiving. I received hundreds of these emails over the past few months. There appears to be some sort of technically glitch that triggers for these emails to be generated and sent to me. I already reached out to the customer support at intuit more than dozen times and they opened more than dozen of escalation tickets with Live Bookkeeping. I did not receive a single phone call or an email in response to the escalation. All cases are still pending. How do I make this stop? Who is in charge of the product at Live Bookkeeping and why does this department not respond or have a technical support line of any kind?

Still receiving these emails saying "Your bookkeeper might be blocked". Never received an email or a call from technical support if such thing exists. Never received an email or a call back in response to the numerous tickets. Not a single follow-up to the post here with a solution and the next steps. It has been two months since this post in the community and six months since these emails started and I escalated the matter with Quickbooks via tickets. Who is in charge of technical support of Live Bookkeeping?
@Alex1215 I find it rather odd that there is no phone number or chat, other than for Sales or "Free consultation". That's beyond frustrating, I'm sure.
I'm sure you have already tried this, but Maybe you could call the sales number or use the chat and ask someone there if they can direct you in the right direction?

Yes I tried this as well. Scheduled a sales call but they could not address the issue on their end and referred me to contact the general support number where I opened yet another ticket to escalate and to which there was no response of any kind.
That's not cool. You'd think someone would have ideas.
Maybe a moderator will step in for the community, here, and help you out. ((Cross fingers))
They can sometimes get things moving in the right direction, especially where you have reached out to "Support" already, and not gotten any answers.

JaeAnn, In your post, 3 weeks ago, you assured me that someone will be reaching out to me within the next few business days. 3 weeks later - there has been no contact via email or phone. I am still receiving the glitched emails from Live Bookkeeping. Received 7 emails today. You mentioned that a formal complaint was filed with QuickBooks Live management team. I received no communication from anyone regarding this matter. Who is in charge of the product at Live Bookkeeping, what is the outcome of the filed complaint and why has there been not a single response to dozens of tickets posted with Quickbooks and multiple posts here in the community regarding the technical issue? Not a single response to this matter.

Still not a single email or phone call or a letter of any kind from any Live Bookkeeping Live rep or any type of Quickbooks Customer Support or anyone on a management team as was promised in this chain. Still looking for a live person responsible for technical issues with Live Bookkeeping. Never received a single response to a dozen of tickets posted and not a single follow-up from any reps in this thread. If this was my business, I would be out of business with how Live Bookkeeping treats customers.
