Hi
I am attempting to convert my desktop QuickBooks data to QuickBooks Online, but I’m encountering an issue. The online tool does not show my existing Plus plan as an option for data migration. Instead, it creates a new company with a trial Advance plan.
I spent an hour with QuickBooks support, but we were unable to resolve the issue. The tool consistently lists only the companies with the Advance plan for migration.
Is this behavior by design? Are there any alternative methods to convert my desktop version to QuickBooks Online while retaining my current Plus plan?
I'm here to provide information in exporting your data from QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) to QuickBooks Online (QBO Plus, ahmnoor).
Ensure that the credentials are correct when you log in linked to your QuickBooks Plus subscription. It should be active and not older than 60 days for successful data import. Once confirmed, let's work together to achieve your goal.
Make sure that you import the file into a US-based company, as non-US companies won't populate. If you're certain that it's a US company and still encounter a problem, I recommend contacting our Support team. Here's how:

Open your company file and hit CTRL 1 keys. Your Total Target is > 350K, correct?
You need to run the Condense Data utility to lower the Total Target and convert it to QBO Plus.
Thanks @ErwinQ
I have gone through all the steps mentioned with QB Support. The issue is that when the import finishes, it lists only the subscribed Advance plan companies, not the Plus ones (attached a screenshot)
Open the sample file. Can you convert it to your QBO Plus account?
