As per the released update, the QBDT one-time license is no longer available. Also, QBDT versions are now subscription-based moving forward.
Meanwhile, we encourage customers on standalone QBDT versions to consider moving to QuickBooks Online (QBO):

On the other hand, if you're an existing subscriber of QBDT Pro Plus, you'll not impacted by this change and can continue to renew your subscription with the provided services after September 30, 2024.
