In QBD 2021 and QB Enterprise 2021 I'm getting the following error when trying to view/export change file:
"Something's not right. We're unable to complete your request at the moment, try again later."
This has been happening for 2 weeks. I've been on the phone with support, they say they're aware of the problem, but it's not geting fixed. This is happening on 4 of my clients; 2 use QB Desktop 2021 and 2 use QB Enterprise 2021.
Come on Intuit - FIX THIS ISSUE NOW!!!!! It's tax season, end-of-year and clients are waiting!!!!!

If you had read my initial post, you would see that it is happening to 4 (FOUR) of my clients. Not a data issue.

Did you get this figured out/resolved? Having the same issue with a QB 2020 accountants copy when trying to export the changes. Have copied the file locally and still get the error. Very frustrating.

Since you're using QuickBooks Desktop 2020, features and other data aren't now supported in this version. Also, if you're having the Accountant Copy Transfer Services, you're unable to send accountant copies to your desktop account.
