There are times that local internet cache files stored in the system can cause unexpected behavior in the product, handymanmd911-gm.
The best thing that we can do is to perform some basic troubleshooting steps by following these procedures:
First, use a private window to access QuickBooks. This will prevent the use of cookies stored on the computer.
You can access this by pressing the following commands:
If it works, then let’s go back to your browser and clear the cache. These caches of data are essentially junk files and can be safely deleted to free up storage space.
If the same problem occurs, try using a different browser. This can be an issue with the browser that you use and QuickBooks.

I'm posting here because I think this new Quickbooks Cash + Envelopes offering (business checking account through GoBank, a subsidiary of Green Dot Bank) is "different". I'm extremely frustrated since choosing to try this, and I need help. I'm posting in the Payments area because I believe this offering goes through that group.
Hello, Meghans.
I know the importance of having Quickbooks Cash + Envelopes. I can share some details of our new integrated checking account (QuickBooks Cash and Envelopes).
To take advantage of this offering, you'll need a QuickBooks Payments account. The application process may take about a minute and it's subject to approval through Green Dot Bank.
Also, the new QuickBooks Online Bank account feature is a combination of a checking account, savings envelopes, merchant service payments, and a cash flow planner all in one. If you haven't had an account yet, please sign up for QuickBooks Payments and QuickBooks Cash. If you receive an error or encounter an issue when signing up, I'd suggest reaching out to our Merchant Service Team. They'll be able to collect information and help you create your account.
Here's how:

This did not seem to help, no. I tried all of these and it still won’t connect.

Once you set up your QuickBooks Cash account in QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can immediately access the Cash Flow menu. This is where you manage and view your cash equivalents.
You’ll need an external account that can be linked with online banking so you can categorize your QuickBooks Cash transactions. Then you can follow the steps below to start the connection.

I'm getting the same error. I've tried setting up an account through Green Dot bank to try to link that to the banking transactions, but it doesn't recognize me in their system...I'm guessing that's because I went through QBO on it. I've tried the private browser mode and a different browser as well and those both did not work. Has anyone found a solution yet?
