Hello,
I submitted request to publish my profile on Find-an-Accountant. However, the request has been rejected. I contacted customer service but they didn't know the reason. I emailed and called the accountant manager seeking the reason but I didn't receive the response until now. I don't who to contact to find out the reason to fix it from my end. I appreciate your advise in this matter. Below is the email that I am keep getting.
"Thank you for submitting the information and expressing interest in being published on the Find-an-Accountant site. We appreciate the time you dedicated to your application.
After careful review, we have determined that Intuit is not going to approve publishing your profile on our Find-an-Accountant site. All of the documentation you submitted with your application has been deleted Find-an-Accountant.
We do appreciate your interest in the Find-an-Accountant site and wish you the best for your business"

Thank you so much @AldritchM for the reply. I got certified less than two month for QuickBooks Online as part of QBOA. I will contact the support team as recommended. I will let you know once I have final update.
Kind regards,
Hi AldritchM, just to let you know, I keep submitting the requests and they keep being rejected even after I call customer service. Customer service said the issue was related to the IP address then I realized I was submitting the requests when I was on vacation visiting family back home. I didn't submit the request until came back. I started submitting requests again when I came back but all the requests got rejected. In the first place, if I knew the IP address would be an issue, I was not going to submit the request when I was overseas as I didn't see that in the guidelines. I will contact customer service again today
Hi,
Did your profile get verified and approved? I am facing the same thing. Got denied twice without any clear reason.
Hi,
It has not been solved until now. I don't know how many times I spoke to the QB Canada support team since last December and wasted how many hours. They keep opening case and closing cases. Please don't log in and submit the request if you are doing it while you are overseas. "The logins must be from the region you have been attempting to publish in for the past 90 days". I submitted the request while I was on vacation back home. It seems there is a policy about login but they didn't put it in the guidelines. Since last September, I have been trying to know what caused the issue, it impacted my chance to publish the profile without knowing about the procedure of login that is in place. They never requested the address proof, just rejecting the request. In addition, I called them many times to request a change of the account manager since he doesn't reply to emails about this issue and every time they transferred the call to another department that never answered or return the call.
Hi AldritchM, The issue has been solved finally after many back and forth with customer service and the back office teams. Thank you so much for the help.
Hello, RaedR.
Thank you for getting back in this thread and verifying that my colleague's suggestions above worked for you. It's our goal to help you get the most out of QuickBooks.
We're glad to help you with any issue relating to QuickBooks. If there's more, add them below. Have a great day!
If I only have Quickbooks online and Quickbooks payroll certification do you think not having the desktop certification is why they keep rejecting? The explanation doesn’t make sense, or should I call to talk to someone? Thanks!
Good to see you here in the Community, @Julissa5.
One of the reasons your profile may not be published or rejected is not because you don't have desktop certification. It depends on the address and location where you logged in as well as validation. It is most common to be rejected because the address in their profile does not match the address in their submitted ID.
You'll have to double-check that the correct home address is provided in your profile to avoid any issues with locating it. If you have already reviewed it and are still experiencing the same problem, you'll want to reach out to our support team again so they can help reverify your ProAdvisor Profile.

Hey I am having the same problem, but I was told by customer care that I need to complete my advanced certification. Is that true? I see proadvisors on the directory with just an online certification.
I can share some information about the certifications here in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Khalifah.
Although there are two types of certification, you can use your regular QBO Certification to publish your profile in QBO ProAdvisor instead of completing your QuickBooks Online Advanced first.
If you want to acquire the QuickBooks Online Advanced Certification, ensure that you fulfill the necessary testing within the specified period, submit all required ID verifications, and adhere to the other requirements outlined in the QuickBooks Agreement.

Let me know if you have other questions aside from QuickBooks Certifications. I'd be glad to get back and assist you further.
Iriz, are you saying we need to complete the Advance certification, the regular one doesn't count? I have QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Payroll, I don't have the Advance do i need to pass the Advance to be able to publish my profile?
Thanks!
Thank you for joining the thread, Julissa5.

In order to publish your ProAdvisor profile, it's essential to have a current and valid QuickBooks Online certification. Since you already hold the QuickBooks Online certification, you can proceed to publish your ProAdvisor profile.
