Quickbooks Merchant Center canceled me and will not release the funds to me its been over a year!!!!

I can not believe this answer I received after over 3 1/2 hours working with this awesome customer service rep that helped me to the best of his abilities and didn't really know what more I could do....I attached the email.
I was originally told by the "President" of the Intuit's office that my funds would be released after 270 days to confirm there were no back charges. It was August 2022. It has been over 380 days so I called to retrieve the money taken out of my clients accounts and held due to the Merchant Center shutting me down with no warning or reason. Now I am being told that The transaction in question related to the funds are on hold and being reviewed as of 11/22/22 by our sponsor bank Chase and I will be notified when they are able to be released. No ETA nor any timeframe. How is this legal? I do not owe Chase Bank any money!!!!
Has anyone had this problem and will an Attorney even help against these big companies?
